However, we do understand that sometimes, if you are not fully satisfied, you may need to return a product. That is why we offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee & Free Return to ensure that you are fully satisfied and that we continue to sell the best products at all times. Only US customers are eligible for Free Return.
To be eligible for a refund, here is what you need to do:
Contact our Customer Service by email at sales@EpicPetShop.com not later than 30 days from the day the item was delivered to your shipping address. You will be required to give the reason for the return.
Once we have reviewed and approved your refund, we will provide you with the address where to ship your return. You will be required to send the item back to us within 5 business days and provide to us the tracking number for your return.
NOTE: You must include all parts and accessories contained in the original package. Any return that does not include all original parts and accessories may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, and all the original parts are included, we will process your refund. Your total refund will include the amount you paid for the item plus the cost for returning the item. It may take up to 7 business days to receive your refund once it is processed.
