We provide Free Shipping & Free Return on all orders. However, Free Return is offered to US customers only.
We ship our products worldwide but we do not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Under some circumstances, it may be possible to change the delivery address after your order is submitted to us. However, once your order has been shipped, the delivery address can not be changed. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
Your order may take two to three weeks to arrive. If you do not receive your order at the end of that period, or if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at sales@EpicPetShop.com.
ORDER CONTAINING MORE THAN ONE ITEM
If you have more than one item in an order, your items may be shipped in separate packages and may come from various locations. We try our best to send all items in one package but if it is impossible to do so, an email notification containing tracking information for each package will be sent to you when the item has been shipped.
